On January 26, 2016, MainSource Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing certain financial results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015.  The press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.

On January 26, 2016, the Company announced that its Board of Directors had declared a quarterly dividend of $.15 per share payable on March 15, 2016 to common shareholders of record as of March 4, 2016.
