Bruker Corporation to Release Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2007 Financial Results, Including the Bruker BioSpin Group, on March 17, 2008

Bruker Corporation announced today that it plans to release its combined fourth quarter and full year 2007 financial results on Monday, March 17, 2008, before the market opens. Bruker will then host an operator-assisted earnings conference call that morning at 8 a.m. Eastern Time. To listen to the webcast, investors can go to www.bruker.com and click on Investors. The webcast will be available through the Company web site for 30 days.

The combined financial information that Company management will release and discuss on the earnings call will include the fourth quarter and full year 2007 results of Bruker Corporation, including the results of the Bruker BioSpin Group, which was acquired on February 26, 2008. On February 28, 2008 the Company had previously reported the fourth quarter and full year 2007 financial results of the standalone Bruker BioSciences Corporation, as it legally existed on December 31, 2007.
