Mayor Cooper calls for party bus regulations, 'It is time to regulate the party'

Mayor Cooper is urging the Transportation and Licensing Commission to view party vehicles in terms of public need. “I ran for mayor to make Nashville work for everyone. And right now, we have an unworkable situation with dozens of party vehicles that only work for the owners and riders who have reckless disregard for quality of life here."
