Proov makes it easy to do fertility testing at home. Check out their latest kit that's as accurate as it is easy to use.

BOULDER, Colo. - Feb. 28, 2022 - PRLog -- Fertility testing doesn't have to occur in a cold, sterile doctor's office. For those trying to conceive — and those who just want to learn more about their reproductive health — Proov is proud to announce their latest offering: Complete, a full-cycle at-home fertility test that's more than your average accurate ovulation test.

Available to women across the United States, Proov Complete is a comprehensive testing system that gives invaluable insight to those trying to grow their families. The at-home fertility testing kit makes tracking your entire cycle a breeze. Designed to work in tandem with the free Proov Insight app, the product comes with 3 FSH tests and 14 multi hormone tests. Together, these strips measure all 4 key cycle hormones when it comes to conception: follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), E1G (estrogen marker), luteinizing hormone (LH), and PdG (progesterone marker).

Since every woman's cycle is unique, it can be difficult to precisely determine where your fertile window lies without tracking your hormones all month long. Thankfully, doing so is easy when you use Proov Complete alongside the free Proov Insight app. Getting full-cycle hormone insights is simple — even if you're unfamiliar with at-home fertility testing — and the results you'll get in just 10 minutes will tell you so much more than just when you're ovulating.

In addition to revealing when you're at your most fertile, Proov Complete will provide a clear picture of your ovarian reserve and ovulation quality. By using the strips first thing in the morning at various points during your cycle, you'll get immediate, tangible results, which you can evaluate in the app. You can then use this information to devise an actionable plan for proceeding with your conception goals.

How Do Ovulation Tests Work?

Over the course of your cycle, your hormone levels change. Ovulation test strips rely on the changes in LH levels to let women know when they're most likely to get pregnant. When the result is positive, suggesting an increase of luteinizing hormone (LH), ovulation will probably occur within the next 12 to 36 hours. This, in turn, will allow you to identify your 2 most fertile days of the month.

Proov Complete also tests the levels of your follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), E1G (estrogen marker), and PdG (progesterone marker). The FSH results will provide insight into your ovarian reserve, or how many eggs you have left. The E1G results, on the other hand, indicate the absolute earliest that your fertile window is open — up to 6 days! Finally, the PdG results confirm that ovulation occurred and was high-quality.

It's important to keep in mind that certain health conditions can influence hormone levels and, consequently, the results of at-home fertility testing. As such, it's wise to discuss your reproductive health with your doctor before starting a testing regimen, so you can be sure the results you get are actually indicative of ovulation.
