U.S. military will send teams to help staff HCMC, St. Cloud Hospital amid Covid-19 case surge

The U.S. Department of Defense is sending medical teams to Minnesota to help the state's hospitals cope with a rising tide of Covid-19 cases. Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz requested the aid, but said he won't declare another state emergency.
