Clean Air Council appeals on construction of natural gas-fired power plant

Clean Air Council filed its notice of appeal to the Environmental Hearing Board over what it said was DEP’s revival of a previous approval after dismissing a later application for the 1,000-megawatt Beech Hollow gas-fired power plant in Robinson Township, Washington County.
