SAN DIEGO - Aug. 17, 2021 - PRLog -- Five to Flow today announces a partnership between SONIFI and Sioux Empire United Way to invest in the health and well-being of people in crisis and improve access to educational opportunities. Five to Flow, at the direction of SONIFI's leadership team, has donated $5,000 to Sioux Empire United Way to contribute to their efforts in creating a positive impact in the lives of children and vulnerable adults.

Five to Flow operates within an ethical framework and is committed to conscious capitalism. Our focus on social responsibility and philanthropy reinforces our commitment to elevating the existence of every individual and maintaining a balance between the economy and our ecosystems. Five percent of the company's annual revenue is donated, at the close of each customers' project, to non-profit organizations that focus on enabling infrastructures, providing life necessities, and offering education for children and young adults globally.

"Sioux Empire United Way is proud of the ongoing relationship we have with SONIFI in affecting change in our community. This generous support from Five to Flow will assist Sioux Empire United Way and our 40 funded agencies with focusing on evolving needs in our community, including mental health care, early intervention, and stable housing," said Jay Powell, President of Sioux Empire United Way.

Sioux Empire United Way's impact on the community is vital given the latest statistics within their jurisdiction. Eighty-four percent of Sioux Falls school-aged children live in households where all parents work outside the home. The US Census Bureau estimates that 27,680 people in the Sioux Empire four-county area are aged 65 or older, while 31% of older adults have a disability and 28% live near the poverty level. In South Dakota, 54% of adults in need of mental health services do not receive counseling or other types of treatment.

"At Five to Flow, our leadership team is motivated by seeing others succeed and is honored to offer support for those who can benefit from the Sioux Empire United Way's meaningful work. We believe that benevolence and philanthropy contribute to our own growth and the growth of the communities we serve. We are so pleased to share our expertise and charitable giving with Sioux Empire United Way given their focus on education and skills development to ensure positive growth for their local community," said Kate Visconti, Founder and CEO of Five to Flow.

"SONIFI is honored to unite together with Five to Flow and Sioux Empire United Way to address the needs of the Sioux Empire four-county area to dramatically improve the lives of children, vulnerable adults, and people in crisis. Given our organization's footprint in the community, we feel it is our responsibility to give back and invest in improving the lives of local people in need," said Ahmad Ouri, CEO of SONIFI.
