CNH Industrial has won the AB Diversity Award in Brazil for the second consecutive year. The award is conferred jointly by MHD Consultoria and Automotive Business, a Brazilian publishing house, that recognizes companies that have been working to promote diversity and inclusion. The winning companies stood out for the practices noted during the August Automotive Sector: Work and Sentiment, survey.

In total, 13 organizations were recognized for their initiatives focused on promoting diversity in an adverse climate. CNH Industrial was awarded for its transverse initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion, in addition to supporting initiatives targeting gender equity.

“The promotion of diversity and inclusion is part of our organization's strategy. In addition to promoting a healthy working environment, diversity favors the exchange of experiences between colleagues and is essential for the generation of innovative and disruptive ideas and solutions,” said Vilmar Fistarol, General Manager South America, CNH Industrial.

This vision of cooperation, based on the valorization of a plurality of perspectives, was a decisive factor in CNH Industrial’s success. In 2020 for the second consecutive year, the Company was also recognized as one of the 10 most innovative companies in Brazil with the Valor Inovação 2020 Award.

The AB Diversity Award took place during the third edition of the AB Diversity Forum in the Automotive Sector, which this year was a digital event. The event brought together experts and industry leaders who discussed the impact of the pandemic on the relationship between companies and professionals in the automotive sector, in addition to addressing how this context affects the search for more diversity in organizations.
