Tenant deals go away as Honolulu office market swings toward landlords

Even without Hawaiian Electric's lease for nearly 200,000 square feet at Alii Place, the 13 Class A buildings in Downtown Honolulu saw its vacancy rate decline to 10.2%, while Class B buildings islandwide had a vacancy rate of 10.5%, according to the report by Hawaii Commercial Real Estate.
