Bayer says Roundup plaintiffs more than doubled in 3 months

The number of people suing Bayer over Monsanto's Roundup herbicide has more than doubled in three months to 42,700 from 18,400 in July, and a lawyer familiar with the cases says no settlement is likely soon.
