Sears demands that Lampert and ESL 'immediately turn over $57.5 million'

Sears alleges that Eddie Lampert and his hedge fund were fronted $57.5 million in order to facilitate the purchase of Sears last month. Now Sears wants that money returned but Lampert and ESL aren't giving it back.
