SABMiller’s China beer business to be sold to Chinese brewer

Anheuser-Busch InBev is selling SABMiller’s Chinese beer business to China Resources Beer Holdings Co., as the Belgian brewer seeks Chinese regulatory approval for its pending acquisition of its biggest rival.
