Capstone To Buy Far West, Forms Alliance With Korea Resources

TORONTO -(Dow Jones)- Capstone Mining Corp. (CS.T) said Sunday that it's agreed to buy miner Far West Mining Ltd. (FWM.T) for about C$725 million in stock and cash to gain control of a big Chilean copper-iron-gold development, known as the Santo Domingo project.
