WDC, Seagate get cut as hard-disk issues mount

Seagate Technology and Western Digital Corp., the world’s largest makers of computer hard-disk drives, were in the red Tuesday after Wedbush Morgan analyst Kaushik Roy cut his rating on the companies’ stocks due to concerns about valuations and issues affecting the hard-disk sector.
