This new location - formerly occupied by the law offices of J. Scott Braden P.A. - sits diagonally across the street from the Rice County Courthouse, placing PH&B Law steps away from the heart of the local judicial system. The move enhances convenience for clients and underscores the firm’s longstanding dedication to accessible legal representation.

Joseph R. Heinrichs Elevated to Shareholder
PH&B Law also celebrates the promotion of Joseph R. Heinrichs to shareholder. Since joining the firm in 2022, Heinrichs has distinguished himself through strong courtroom results and a steadfast commitment to client service.

Heinrichs, a native of Waseca, earned his law degree with honors from the University of St. Thomas School of Law. He was a certified student attorney in the Hennepin County Prosecutors' Office. Before joining Patton Hoversten & Berg PA, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Third Judicial District. He is admitted to practice in Minnesota state courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, where he continues to serve.
