An established figure in the community, Mr. Kapur most recently served as the President and CEO of the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce for almost 6 years. His commitment to the local business community is second-to-none as he is dedicated to the success of the businesses he serves and the people who operate them. His position as a community leader reflects the Bank’s position as a community bank with a team that leads, lives, and supports the same communities they work in.

Mr. Kapur also has a strong and established career in banking, his most recent banking role having been with the Bank as VP, Treasury Services Sales Manager prior to joining the Reston Chamber. His over 18 years of banking experience and his history with John Marshall Bank places him in a prime position to foster growth for the Bank and its clients. He will use his banking history in tandem with the skills he developed as the CEO of the Reston Chamber to facilitate the Bank’s forward-thinking strategies.
