He has managed large-scale teams, overseen multimillion-dollar direct and indirect spend, and delivered measurable results through lean manufacturing, network optimization, and supplier performance programs. His achievements include driving gross margin improvements, increasing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) through automation initiatives, and negotiating cost reductions and supply chain efficiencies. He also brings deep experience operating in FDA-regulated environments with a track record of successful audit outcomes and disciplined quality execution. Mr. Brown is a veteran, having served in the U.S. Army 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne).
