NHC Announces 3.6% Increase in Common Dividend

National HealthCare Corporation (NYSE American: NHC), the nation’s oldest publicly traded long-term health care company, announced today that it will pay a quarterly dividend of 57 cents per common share to shareholders of record on June 30, 2022 and payable on August 1, 2022. This represents a 3.6% increase over last quarter’s regular common dividend.
