Olympia Falls is conveniently located near Fort Bend Parkway, South Highway 6 and Sam Houston Tollway for easy commutes to Sugar Land Industrial Park, The Galleria Area and Texas Medical Center. The homes at Olympia Falls showcase popular design characteristics like large kitchens overlooking great rooms, expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets, and spacious lofts. The one- and two-story floor plans feature up to five bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, and range in size from approximately 1,600 to 2,900 square feet. Community amenities will include a park with a playground, splash pad and covered pavilion. Olympia Falls is zoned for Fort Bend Independent School District, with all zoned schools located within five miles of the community.
