Cordova Crossing is conveniently located near I-10, State Highway 46 and the 130-toll road, offering an easy commute to San Antonio, New Braunfels and South Austin. The homes at Cordova Crossing showcase popular design characteristics like large kitchens overlooking great rooms, expansive bedroom suites with walk-in closets and spacious lofts. The community features one- and two-story floor plans with up to six bedrooms and four baths and that range in size from approximately 1,400 to 3,600 square feet. Cordova Crossing is zoned for Navarro Independent School District. Construction of a children’s playground and a private dog park for community residents is underway.
