Voltanio Expands EV Charging Access Through Strategic Property Partnerships

CASPER, WY / ACCESS Newswire / August 6, 2025 / Voltanio, a company focused on electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, is growing its network by forming partnerships with property owners, developers, and business operators across the Northeast. These collaborations are helping bring fast-charging access to more everyday destinations, making it easier for drivers to charge while going about their routines.

The company exclusively installs Level 3 DC fast chargers, which are capable of powering most EVs to 80 percent in approximately 30 minutes. Voltanio says this level of performance is essential for today's busy drivers and better supports public and commercial charging use cases.

"Drivers don't want to wait an hour or more to charge, especially when they're in the middle of errands or on the way to work," said a Voltanio spokesperson. "That's why we only deploy DC fast chargers that offer meaningful speed and reliability."

The company's recent installations include charging stations at retail centers, office campuses, residential complexes, and mixed-use spaces. Voltanio works with each property to identify ideal placement based on factors such as parking layout, lighting, accessibility, and customer flow. The chargers are typically installed in high-visibility areas where drivers are most likely to park for 20 to 40 minutes.

These partnerships are structured to provide value to both the driver and the property owner. Businesses and landlords can offer EV charging as a modern amenity, while also increasing visitor dwell time and positioning their locations as sustainability-forward. Voltanio notes that as more tenants and consumers drive electric vehicles, access to reliable charging is quickly becoming an expectation.

"Adding EV charging is no longer just a bonus feature," the spokesperson said. "For many buildings and businesses, it's a practical way to attract foot traffic and demonstrate environmental responsibility."

Each charging site includes a built-in user interface that allows for digital payment, session tracking, and access to charging information on-site. Voltanio's backend platform also provides property owners with usage reports and basic station management tools.

In several recent cases, Voltanio partnered with grocery chains and municipal buildings to install chargers in areas previously lacking public infrastructure. The company says this model is helping accelerate EV adoption in both urban and suburban communities.

"We believe the best place to charge is wherever you already planned to park," the spokesperson added. "If we can make charging effortless, more people will feel comfortable going electric."

Voltanio plans to continue expanding this partnership model across additional states. Discussions are ongoing with regional retailers, parking operators, and city planners to identify future deployment sites.
