
Eunsung Food Co., Ltd., a company specializing in noodle manufacturing, has expanded its noodle product lineup with the launch of six new noodle and rice noodle products made using aged noodle-making technology.
The new products are characterized by their clean, grease-free taste and chewy noodle texture, achieved through a non-fried noodle-making method and an extended aging process. The products were developed to meet a wide range of consumer needs, from those seeking convenient everyday meals at home to those looking for a light and satisfying single serving.

The six products launched are: Champhyeonhan Black Rice Aged Thin Noodles (Soy Sauce), Champhyeonhan Aged Thin Noodles (bibim), Champhyeonhan Kimchi Noodles, Champhyeonhan Soba, Deophyeonhan Rice Noodles Spicy Seafood Flavor, and Deophyeonhan Rice Noodles Mild Bone Broth Flavor.
Champhyeonhan Black Rice Aged Thin Noodles (Soy Sauce) and Champhyeonhan Aged Thin Noodles (bibim) are crafted using Hand-stretched thin noodle-making technology, where long-aged dough is hand-stretched to create the noodles. The noodle strands are silky smooth yet highly elastic, and they do not become soggy even after extended periods following cooking, maintaining a consistent texture until the last bite.
Another advantage is that the noodle structure forms softly during the aging process, making them easy to digest. The products come in two flavors: soy sauce with added black rice, and a mixed flavor that complements the aged noodle strands, allowing consumers to choose according to their preference. Additionally, the protein content has been increased compared to regular thin noodles, offering differentiation from a nutritional standpoint as well.

Champhyeonhan Kimchi Noodles and Soba use non-fried, grease-free noodles that highlight the authentic taste of the broth. In particular, the kimchi noodles maintain the refreshing and clean taste characteristic of kimchi broth, as the broth does not become cloudy even after cooking. The soba is crafted with a focus on a light and refined flavor. Square-shaped noodles are used to emphasize the chewy texture.
The newly introduced Deophyeonhan Rice Noodles feature chive rice noodles made without wheat flour. Rice serves as the main ingredient, with freeze-dried chive powder added during the aging process. The low oil content makes these noodles ideal for consumers seeking a clean and light meal. The products are available in two varieties, Spicy Seafood Flavor and Mild Bone Broth Flavor, offering consumers a broader range of choices.
