     On March 14, 2007, Meadow Valley Corporation’s (the “Company”) Chief Executive Officer, Bradley Larson (“Larson”), presented a power point presentation at an investor conference (the “Power Point Presentation”). A copy of the presentation (the "Investor Presentation") is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. In addition, interested parties will be able to view the Investor Presentation by visiting the Company's website, www.meadowvalley.com. The Investor Presentation will be archived on the Company's website for 90 days.
