Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 24, 2005, Alkermes announced that it entered into a strategic alliance between Alkermes and Cephalon, Inc. for the commercialization of Vivitrex ® , a long-acting, injectable form of naltrexone that utilizes Alkermes’ proprietary Medisorb ® drug delivery technology.
