Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 14, 2008, Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. issued a press release announcing that income from continuing operations for 2007 will be between $30.5 million and $31.5 million, rather than the $33 million to $34 million guidance provided at mid-year. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
