Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 20, 2004, Terayon Communication Systems, Inc. (Company) issued a press release announcing the Company received full Euro-DOCSIS 2.0 qualification for the Terayon BW 3200E CMTS along with certification for the Terayon TJ721X cable modem. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
