OTHER EVENTS. On Tuesday, September 2, 2003, Helen of Troy Limited issued a press release, which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The press release states "Sales of Brut(R) products are expected to be approximately $40 million over the next 12 months. The transaction is expected to be accretive to Helen of Troy's earnings in the remainder of fiscal year 2004, with earnings per share contribution in the range of $.20 - $.24 for the fiscal year beginning March 1, 2004."
