     Dated as of November 9, 2010, Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation entered into the First Supplemental Indenture in order to add the entities identified in such First Supplemental Indenture as guarantors to its Indenture, dated October 21, 2010, providing for the issuance of its 8 5/8% First Priority Ship Mortgage Notes due 2017. A copy of the First Supplemental Indenture is furnished as Exhibit 10.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by reference.

     This Report on Form 6-K is hereby incorporated by reference into the Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation Registration Statements on Form F-3, File Nos. 333-151707 and 333-169320.
