The attached amendment corrects the net interest income after
provision for losses on loans for the three months ended
September 30, 2008.
On October 23, 2008, Cheviot Financial Corp. announced its
earnings for the quarter ended September 30, 2008. A copy of the
press release dated October 23, 2008, detailing earnings for this
period is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
