Shareholder Meeting Notice

United Bancshares, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on April 26, 2017 at 100 South High St., Columbus Grove, OH, 45830, at 10:30 a.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.

The Board of Directors recommends a vote FOR all the nominees listed and FOR each of Proposals 2 and 3:

An amendment to the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation of United Bancshares, Inc., as amended, to authorize 750,000 shares of

Preferred Stock of United Bancshares, Inc.

Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.
