Attached are materials that Hottinger Capital Corp., the investment adviser of the Swiss Helvetia Fund, Inc. (the "Fund"), intends to use at various presentations in January 2011.  The Fund is furnishing the information in this Current Report on Form 8-K and in Exhibit 99.1 to comply with Regulation FD.  A copy of the materials also is available on the Fund's website (www.swz.com).
