Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 5, 2008, Martin R. Ferron, a current director of the Company who is serving a term that expires at the 2008 annual meeting of stockholders, elected to retire from the board of directors effective on the date of the Company’s 2008 annual meeting of stockholders. Mr. Ferron is retiring to pursue personal business opportunities. The Company’s 2008 annual meeting of stockholders will be held on May 6, 2008. Mr. Ferron has served as a director since 2006.
