Notice is hereby given that the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Employers Holdings, Inc. will be held at Reno-Sparks Convention Center, 4590 South Virginia Street, Reno, Nevada 89502 on May 28, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time.
