Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. ("Company") published a news release on November 11, 2008 as follows:
Cliffs Natural Resources Declares Dividend on Preferred Stock
CLEVELAND—Nov. 11, 2008—Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: CLF) today announced that its Board of Directors has authorized a scheduled dividend payment on the Company’s 3.25% redeemable cumulative convertible perpetual preferred stock. A cash payment of $8.125 per share will be payable on Jan. 15, 2009, to preferred stock shareholders of record on Jan. 2, 2009.
