Item 8.01 Other Events.

On January 11, 2008, the Company notified The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as Trustee with respect to the Company's $405,000,000 Floating Rate Second Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2013, that it elected to pay interest on the notes entirely in cash for the interest period commencing on January 15, 2008 and ending on April 14, 2008.
