On December 4, 2006, Richard A. Quiroga resigned as Innovo Group Inc.’s (the "Company") Senior Vice President of Finance (Principal Accounting Officer) effective as of December 5, 2006 for personal reasons. The Company intends to reassign the duties of this position to its Chief Financial Officer and other accounting personnel, including its Controller, until a permanent replacement is hired.
