The reporting person undertakes to provide upon request by the Commission staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares purchased or sold at each separate price.
(2) Includes 23,750 shares acquired through a warrant exercise at $1.818 per share on August 18, 2010; 21,586 shares acquired through a warrant exercise at $2.00 per share on November 1, 2010; and 125,000 shares acquired through an option exercise at $2.00 per share on November 5, 2010.
