HOUSTON, October 28, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LINN Energy, LLC (Nasdaq:LINE) and LinnCo, LLC (Nasdaq:LNCO) announced today the filing of Amendment No. 6 to the Registration Statement on Form S-4 (“Amended S-4”) in response to comments received from the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on Friday, October 25, 2013 and with updates related to third quarter 2013 financial information. The Amended S-4 will be available on the SEC’s website beginning Tuesday, October 29, 2013.
