Green Plains Renewable Energy, Inc. held its annual meeting of shareholders on May 5, 2010. The matter voted upon at this annual meeting and the number of shares cast for or withheld are as follows:

1. Proposal to elect three directors to serve three-year terms that expire at the 2013 annual meeting.
