Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 5, 2006, the Company issued a press release in which it provided updated GAAP and “Adjusted Non-GAAP” guidance for the quarter ended June 3, 2006 and the year ended December 31, 2006 to recognize the impact of an estimated $22.0 million in non-recurring litigation settlement payments.
