Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
 
On April 11th the Board of Trustees of Whitestone REIT adopted a resolution to amend the Company’s Bylaws.  The amendment to Article III, Section 2 expanded the requirements for an individual to qualify for nomination or election as a Trustee.

A copy of the Company’s Third Amendment to the Bylaws is furnished herewith as Exhibit 3(i).1 to the Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
