(1) D: Mr. McCracken holds 12,168 shares directly, 3,224 shares as cusdodian for his children (of which 18 shares were acquired as part of the Company's DRP), and 31 shares jointly with his wife. I: 61,243 shares held by R.E.M., LLC of which Mr. McCracken is the sole managing member and 12,548 shares held by McCracken Family Trust of which Mr. McCracken is a co-trustee.
