Decision by the National Council for Planning and
Building Regarding Licensing of
Cell Sites
Rosh Ha’ayin, Israel, January 5th, 2006 – Partner Communications Company Ltd. (NASDAQ, TASE: PTNR, London: PCCD) reported today that the National Council for Planning and Building published an interim decision conditioning the issuance of cell site permits by local planning and building councils upon indemnification, against reduction in property value claims, by the cellular operators.
This interim decision may affect the Company’s, and the other cellular operators’ plans, in expanding and enhancing network coverage.
