On March 15, 2017, RF Industries, Ltd. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing information regarding the Company's financial results for the first fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
