Kentucky First Federal Bancorp. (“we,” “our” or the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 (the “Form 10-Q”) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) by the November 14, 2013 due date because as of such due date we had not completed our consolidated financial statements and related disclosures for the quarter ended September 30, 2013.
We are working to refine the necessary management information systems after merging operations with CKF Bancorp, Inc., during the quarter ended September 30, 2013.
