Beginning in February of 2007, a representative of Sharps Compliance Corp. (the “Company”) began making presentations to shareholders and investors. In July 2007, the slides utilized in such presentations were updated and contain the information attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
