On July 14, 2016, Iteris, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its preliminary unaudited revenue for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2016.  A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
