On April 3, 2002, International Bancshares Corporation issued a news release responding to the announcement by Albertson’s, Inc. to close all stores in the San Antonio area instead of selling the store to other grocery store chains, attached hereto and filed herewith as Exhibit 99 and is incorporated herein by reference.
