Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 9, 2013, Array BioPharma issued two press releases. The press releases announced that Array provided clinical updates on two drug candidates, newly named filanesib (ARRY-520), a KSP inhibitor, and ARRY-614, a dual p38/Tie2 inhibitor, both of which were presented at the 2013 Annual Meeting of the American Society of Hematology (ASH).
Copies of the press releases are attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and Exhibit 99.2 and are incorporated herein by reference.
