Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On January 30, 2018, Catherine L. Krajicek, Vice President-Conventional for Marathon Oil Corporation, gave notice of her plans to retire effective April 1, 2018, following over ten years of service with the Company and 33 years in the industry. The Company thanks Ms. Krajicek for her loyal service, dedication and many contributions to the Company’s success during her career.
